I’ve received chiropractic care my whole life, growing up with my father who worked as a chiropractor, and chiropractic philosophy has shaped me from a young age. I studied at RMIT in Melbourne and completed my Masters in Clinical Chiropractic in June 2014. I also attended seminars in Applied Kinesiology and developed a strong interest in Applied Kinesiology, nutrition, and Neuro Emotional Technique.
In 2016, I discovered The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® and knew from my very first treatment that I needed to learn this technique and offer it to my clients. I completed my training in August 2016 and feel excited to share this incredibly powerful therapy.
My aim is to create a safe, nurturing space for healing, using both chiropractic care and Arvigo® therapy to support the best possible outcomes for my patients.
