Providing women with safe, gentle options to take care of their individual health is my passion. I am a registered nurse that now works as a massage therapist specializing in Maya Abdominal Massage. My own personal experiences related to the birth of my children has led me to discover alternative ways to take care of myself. I have really enjoyed adding steams to my care and I am excited to share this with other women.
