I am a mother of four, licensed midwife, and Arvigo practitioner providing homebirth midwifery care and holistic women’s health services from preconception through postpartum in Central Virginia. Drawing on 18 years’ experience in birth work, plus background and training in various modalities including herbalism, yoga, sound healing and therapeutic music, as well as Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy, it my pleasure and privilege to help women and families find their path to empowered wellness in the childbearing year and beyond.
