Janelle offers embodied pelvic care and integrated mind body support for mothering transitions. With a focus on helping people to get out of their heads and into their body, and an honouring of rite of passage, she supports women when their pelvic health, mental health and menstrual cycles are getting in the way of everyday life. Janelle believes that our bodies and wombs hold our stories, and that care for the body cannot be segmented into parts. She integrates the Arvigo techniques with Holistic Pelvic Care (Tami Kent), Birth Healing (Lynn Schulte) and her own approaches of working with the body.
