I’ve always loved all things health—starting in the ‘80s with leotards, aerobics, and Vogel’s bread in my lunchbox. After years of sailing oceans, living simply, and soaking up the beauty of nature, I discovered Naturopathy—an approach that made immediate, honest sense to me. I began my studies while skippering yachts on Sydney Harbour, eventually earning a Masters in Health Science and later, a Masters in Reproductive Medicine from UNSW in 2018.

As a mother of four, I bring real-life understanding to my clinical practice. I’m passionate about evidence-based natural medicine and stay current by regularly attending seminars and conferences. I’m a proud member of the Naturopath and Herbalists Association of Australia (N.H.A.A.).

I believe health is never one-dimensional—our physical, emotional, neurological, and immunological systems are all deeply connected. That’s why I feel honored to practice Naturopathic Medicine—where treating the whole person is the heart of the work.
