I’ve spent over 25 years working with Birth, Bodies, Circles, and Ceremony, drawing from a rich tapestry of education, certified trainings, and many cherished mentoring relationships. I root my work in loving touch, deep presence, and a commitment to honoring the body and spirit of every person in my care. I welcome clients of all genders, orientations, and ages, and focus on pelvic health, fertility, menstrual health, pregnancy, postpartum, and sexual vibrancy.

As a Pre-Conception, Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Bodyworker, and Holder of Space, I support birthing people and families through every stage. Each week, I facilitate family gatherings, guide Birth Preparation Workshops, lead Blessing Circles, and create ceremonies for life’s thresholds, including bereavement.

As a core member of Laos Birthwork, I help lead annual birthwork trainings in remote Northern Laos. I live on the unceded lands of the Wurrunjeri people in the Birrarung (Yarra) Valley and would love to connect with you.
