Vanessa is a family-oriented therapist originally from Tasmania, now based near the Grampians National Park, Victoria. She also offers treatments from her second home on Bruny Island. With a background in teaching and outdoor education, her path shifted in 2004 when she discovered Sound Therapy with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. This calling deepened with studies in Heartworks Lomi Lomi (2006), Remedial Massage (2007–2009), and Kahuna Massage. A pivotal moment came in 2015 with Self-Care Arvigo® Training, followed by Practitioner Certification in 2016. Her journey through personal healing has shaped her understanding of abdominal and spiritual therapy. Vanessa also completed Spiritual Healing and Advanced Training with Samar in 2021–2022. She now blends Arvigo® Therapy, Spiritual Healing, and bodywork, sharing her grounded, nature-connected practice with clients in both Victoria and Tasmania.
