Heather Wilde

Hello! I’m so glad you are here! My name is Heather Wilde and I am a tenaciously optimistic, heartfelt, hardworking Minnesota native with a very nerdy sense of humor. I am also a mother to three humans and two fur babies. I love roller skating, mountains, pottery and beautiful words. I am a highly empathetic person and, like most empaths, I have a story with a lot of valleys that carved out the compassion I carry for others. I simply feel most at home and the most fulfilled when I am able to sit with others in their moments of difficulty. It is in those moments that we often just need to be seen, to be heard, to be known. I offer a safe, healing space for all people to come and set their burdens down and allow themselves to be cared for.
