Kim Gilbert, LMT, RCST ® , RMT and Certified Arvigo® Practitioner. I began my healing practice in energy medicine as an Usui Reiki Master in 2006 and then a massage therapist in 2011. For over a decade, I’ve created a practice that brings together two great loves, spirit and earth. The practice of two incredible modalities became the bridge for the connection of these two elements. In 2012, I added craniosacral therapy to my practice. Foundationally Uplegder trained, I then completed a two- year Biodynamic Craniosacral Training in 2019, further developing my skill as a craniosacral therapist. Early on when facilitating a pelvic diaphragm release, I felt there was so much more under my hands than the fascia, ligaments, fluids and organs. What I was connecting to was tremendous power and wisdom under my hands. Around the same time that I embarked on my professional training in craniosacral therapy, another modality came into my awareness and I filed it away while I continued on with my craniosacral studies. That modality was Arvigo therapy. The spirit behind this body of work kept calling to me throughout those years and when I had finally completed my core course work in CST (2015), I delved into this womb work. I moved through professional, certification, advanced pregnancy and spiritual healing by 2017. I did my advanced pregnancy training in Neve Shalom, Israel out of a desire to see how women of another culture applied the work that felt so sacred and right for me and for healing the sacred feminine. Arvigo therapy was the missing piece to my own medicine. My presence is one of listening, deep listening to the individual stories the body and spirit want to tell. My mission is to help others fully unite their spirit essence with their earthly bodies, embodying spirit into the physical for full expression and health. My goal is to support clients in connecting back to their power and roots; to understand the miraculous, divine and powerful nature of their womb as a divine portal. My hope is for teens and young women to understand the sacredness of their menstruation and how their womb, in connection with their heart, is their road map to life. Every time my hands connect with a body, I feel like I’m tilling the soil , the earth of that individual, to help nourish, expand, revitalize, heal and sow them to their physical bodies and this earth. We are here to balance the feminine energy on this planet and to balance the masculine and feminine energies within ourselves. Through my Arvigo practice, my goal is to connect clients to their whole-self, their divine self and the divine mystery that wants to work through them. I guide my clients in learning about their anatomy, their cyclical nature, their energy bodies and ancient medicine practices in order to empower and heal themselves. We are finally resurrecting the long forgotten medicine based in plants, intuition and body/soul work back to people for true healing on all levels: mind, body, spirit. The world, nature and human beings so desperately need this.
