Shaina Rico

I am an artist, a healing arts practitioner, a birth doula, an herbalist, a gardener, and a teacher. I draw from a variety of healing modalities including spiritual healing in the Maya/Arvigo lineage, dream tending, stone and plant spirit therapy, guided meditations, and intuitive art for healing. I have witnessed and lived the incredible ability for the body to heal itself when we can tap into the subtle energetic layers of our body by way of our nervous system, our intuition, our dreams, and our stories.
